3. Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.

A booking shall only be considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received by Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd.

We reserve the right to amend itineraries where necessary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road conditions
• Safety considerations
• Government restrictions
• Supplier availability
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

All descriptions, itineraries, and activities shown on this website are provided in good faith and may be adjusted where operationally necessary.

4. Payments

A deposit may be required to secure accommodation, safari activities, transport, or excursions.

The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timescales provided during booking confirmation.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Prices may change due to:

• Park fee increases
• Fuel costs
• Currency fluctuations
• Supplier pricing changes

Any changes will be communicated before confirmation of booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

The following cancellation charges may apply:

• More than 60 days before travel: Loss of deposit only
• 31–60 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost
• 15–30 days before travel: 75% of total booking cost
• 14 days or less before travel: 100% of total booking cost

Certain accommodation providers, permits, park fees, transport providers, and third-party services may be non-refundable once booked.

Where possible, Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd will attempt to recover refundable amounts from suppliers on behalf of the client.

If Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd is required to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

• Alternative arrangements, or
• A refund of monies paid, excluding any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred

6. Flights & International Travel

Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd does not sell, arrange, issue, or manage international flights.

Clients are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Kenya unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd accepts no responsibility for:

• Flight cancellations
• Delays
• Missed connections
• Lost baggage
• Airline operational issues
• Schedule changes made by airlines

Guests are advised not to book non-refundable travel arrangements until their safari or accommodation booking has been fully confirmed.

7. Travel Insurance

All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses
• Cancellation
• Personal belongings
• Delays
• Emergency evacuation

Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses incurred due to inadequate insurance cover.

8. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess:

• Valid passports
• Required visas
• Vaccinations
• Appropriate travel documentation

Guests should check current travel requirements before departure.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While Sereni Rooftop Safaris Ltd takes reasonable care in arranging services, we shall not be held liable for:

• Injury
• Illness
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays
• Accidents
• Third-party failures
• Events outside our reasonable control

Participation in safari and adventure activities is undertaken at the client’s own risk.
